"To forget or be forgotten."
If let's say, you were to have a choice. To forget about everybody around you, your loved ones, your friends, your family and even your dog. Or for everybody else to forget about you. That means nobody in the world know who you are, not even your parents, your family.
Let's talk about how it feels for everybody to forget about you. You will be the loneliest person on Earth, to a certain extent. You go to school, but nobody knows you, your name is constantly not appearing on the name lists, activities, and you dread group work the most, because you're always the unfresh vegetable for people to pick at the very last minute to fill in the gap. You go home to realise that it's only an empty home that your parents only know you by the birth certificate that you're their children but have no idea who you are. The memories that they have spent with you are gone. Even when one day all their memories of you are gone, their heart still remembers you.
Now, moving on to forgetting everybody. One day, when you wake up. You realise you're alone in an empty once called "home" but everything you see or touch, you have no recollection on. When you see friends and family visiting you but you have totally no idea on who they are, You go to school to find out who your friends were, you receive text messages but you have no idea who they were from, and who this person is. But what pains the most is that when your loved on tears in front of you because you no longer even know who you are, that hurts the most.
So at the end of the day. If you were to choose which situation would you prefer to be into, what would your choice be?
Till next time, Keefe.
